Change of peak-shifting production time of a cement clinker enterprise in Xinjiang

On May 12, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps issued the Announcement on the Change of Peak Staggering in the Cement Clinker Production Line of the Corps from 2024 to 2025 (the third batch). In order to implement the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Further Improving the Normalized Peak-Staggered Production of Cement (No.21 [2020] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), The Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region, the Department of Ecological Environment, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Corps and the Bureau of Ecological Environment jointly issued the Xinjiang Cement Peak-staggering Production Plan from 2024 to 2025 (Xingongxin Building Materials [2024] No.7). In accordance with the requirements of the notification, some divisions of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Bureau of Ecological Environment have requested to change the production time of enterprises due to changes in supply and demand in the regional market. After examination and verification by the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Bureau of Ecological Environment of the Corps, the list of cement clinker production enterprises that have adjusted the peak staggering production time from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025 is now announced.

According to the announcement, Bazhou Qingsong Lvyuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. will open the kiln during the off-peak period from May 17 to May 31, 2025 (15 days), and stop the kiln during the non-off-peak period from September 16 to September 30, 2025 (15 days).
