On May 10, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Jilin Province, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on Doing a Good Job in the National Carbon Emission Trading Market in 2025 (No.140 of the Climate Letter of the Environmental Office).
