He pointed out that in 2024, the overall output of the cement industry hit a new low since 2010, and the decline in both volume and price led to a sharp decline in industry profits. Faced with many difficulties, China United Cement has thoroughly implemented the work deployment and requirements of China Building Materials Group and Tianshan Materials, comprehensively implemented the "3633" action plan of Tianshan Materials, took the "Year of High Quality Development" as the main line, adhered to the general tone of "internal and external repair" management, and focused on the ecological construction of the industry outside. Staggering the peak hours and controlling the clinker , stabilizing the price and share; strictly regulating the internal management, practicing internal skills, reducing the cost and controlling the cost, optimizing the market layout, exploring the marketing reform, and solidly promoting the production and operation. Affected by the environment, there is a big gap between the operating performance and the budget, and the operating results are not up to expectations, but the overall performance is better than most of the peers in the same region.
