Recently, Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. issued a pre-investment announcement on the transfer of 4500 tons/day cement clinker production capacity index.
The announcement shows that Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. intends to transfer 4500 tons/day cement clinker production capacity index.
The enterprise has two cement clinker dry process production lines (two Φ4.0 × 60m rotary kilns) . The design capacity index of the provincial cement clinker flat glass production line list announced by Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology in 2023 is 4500 tons per day . On September 28, 2023, Anhui Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued the national industrial product production license to the company, the certificate number (Anhui) XK08-001-00114, valid until March 17, 2029.
It is understood that in March 2023, the Anhui Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a "Notice on the relocation of the cement clinker production line of Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd." Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. plans to close and eliminate a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2000 tons and a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2500 tons (kiln diameter of φ4.0 m × 60 m) located in Tubazi Street, Bagongshan District, Huainan City. In Jiulonggang Town, Datong District of this city, a new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons (kiln diameter φ 4.7 m × 70 m) is relocated, supporting 9 MW waste heat power generation, and co-processing urban and rural garbage and urban sludge. 2025, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Anhui Province issued the Announcement on Revoking the Relocation Plan of the 4500-ton Cement Clinker Production Line of Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd.
Due to market expectations and policy changes, the project has not started construction. According to the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement of Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition), after the application of Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. and the report of Huainan Bureau of Industry and Information Technology after review and publicity, the production line relocation plan of the above project is now cancelled. According to the official website of the
enterprise, Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. was established in August 1999. The enterprise covers an area of 173.68 hectares, with 1100 employees, specializing in the production and sales of cement and commercial clinker, and now has two new dry cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 2500 tons, as well as supporting cement grinding production lines and pure low-temperature waste heat power generation production lines. In April 2017, the company built and put into operation a modern aggregate production line with an annual output of 2 million tons. The company produces 2 million tons of clinker, 3.5 million tons of cement, 2 million tons of aggregate and 68.4 million kWh of waste heat power.
