2025, Shizuishan Ecological Environment Bureau and Shizuishan Ecological Environment Monitoring Station jointly carried out law enforcement inspection on the company's kiln tail discharge outlet (DA009), and Shizuishan Ecological Environment Monitoring Station issued the Monitoring Report (JD25120-B) on October 25, 2025. The report shows that the three on-site monitoring data of nitrogen oxides are 213 mg/m3 , 218 mg/ m3 and 203 mg/m3 respectively. The maximum value is 218 mg/m3 . Ningxia Kunshui Cement Co., Ltd. implements the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry (DB64/1995-2024), and the emission concentration limit of nitrogen oxides is 150 mg/m3 . 0.45 times exceeding the standard.

According to Item 1 of Article 34 of the Regulations on the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits, "If a pollutant discharge unit violates the provisions of these Regulations and commits one of the following acts, the competent department of ecological environment shall order it to correct or restrict production or stop production for rectification, and impose a fine of not less than 200000 yuan but not more than 1 million yuan;"; If the circumstances are serious, the pollutant discharge permit shall be revoked, and with the approval of the people's government with the power of approval, the enterprise shall be ordered to suspend business or close down: (1) to discharge pollutants in excess of the permitted discharge concentration and the permitted discharge amount.
