According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (the original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the relevant policy requirements for capacity management in the cement industry, Hengyang Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. has completed the announcement of the replacement plan for the production line project of cement clinker with a daily output of 5666 tons, which is now announced and the public is welcome to supervise.
This announcement is only a necessary condition for the implementation of the project. The enterprise shall complete all the procedures for project filing, energy conservation review, environmental assessment, emission permit and production permit, and complete the removal and acceptance of the main equipment transferred out of the production capacity before it can produce according to the new filing capacity.
