On December 29, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan Province issued a public announcement on the capacity replacement plan of the supplementary capacity project of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 5500 tons of Liu Zongqi Cement Co., Ltd. of Yunnan Huofa Group. The public announcement period is from December 29, 2025 to January 12, 2026.
The announcement shows that the original design capacity of the 5500 tons per day cement clinker production line of Liu Zongqi Cement Co., Ltd. of Yunnan Huofa Group is 5000 t/d. The adjusted and supplemented capacity of 500t/d comes from a 1000t/d production line of Yunnan Tonghai Xiushan Cement Co., Ltd. (1000t/d is all used for the replacement capacity of this project), the replacement ratio is 2:1, and the capacity after supplement is 5500 t/d. A 1000t/d production line of
Yunnan Tonghai Xiushan Cement Co., Ltd. is planned to dismantle the rotary kiln within one month from the date of announcement of this capacity replacement plan.
