In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transportation, the Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of Ultra-low Emissions in the Cement Industry and the Plan for the Transformation of Ultra-low Emissions in the Cement Industry of Yunnan Province, the Anning Branch of the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Kunming has taken an active role. Assist Yunnan Kungang Jiahua Cement Building Materials Co., Ltd. to fully complete the ultra-low emission transformation plan of cement kiln.
In the process of project declaration, Anning Branch gave full play to its role as a bridge to assist enterprises in successfully declaring the central air pollution prevention and control fund of 7.61 million yuan, which was dedicated to the construction of high temperature and high dust SCR denitrification system. During this period, we have done a good job of supervision, management and service at the renovation site for many times, and urged enterprises to achieve the true attention of leaders, the true investment of funds, the implementation of real projects, and the improvement of management level, so as to ensure the completion of ultra-low emission renovation on schedule and with high quality. Through the joint efforts of government and enterprises, the SCR project of Yunnan Kungang Jiahua Cement Building Materials Co., Ltd. completed the main construction and entered the equipment commissioning on March 10, 2025, and began stable operation in July. The project adopts a three-for-one denitrification catalyst layer layout, equipped with reducing agent (ammonia) delivery and injection system, ash removal system, flue gas access system, kiln ash delivery system, air compressor station and control system, and realizes the deep purification of nitrogen oxides in kiln tail flue gas through the combination technology of "low nitrogen combustion + SNCR + SCR". Nitrogen oxide emission concentration ≤ 50 mg/standard cubic meter, ammonia escape ≤ 5 mg/standard cubic meter, denitration ammonia water consumption (based on 20% ammonia water concentration) ≤ 3.5 kg/ton clinker , meeting the new requirements of ultra-low emission of flue gas denitration in cement kiln.
Next, Anning Branch will continue to focus on the deep treatment of nitrogen oxides, strengthen tracking services and supervision and management, actively guide more enterprises to carry out environmental protection technology transformation and upgrading, and make greater contributions to promoting the green and high-quality development of Anning's economy and society.

In order to implement the relevant policy requirements and accelerate the green low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of the cement industry, China Cement Network is scheduled for September 23-24.
