Completion of Mass Concrete Pouring for Lower Bearing Platform of 9 # Main Pier of Railway-related Section of Lashan River West Road North Extension Project in Jinan, Shandong

Recently, after 28 hours of continuous pouring, the mass concrete pouring of the lower bearing platform of the 9 # main pier of the North Extension Project of Lashan River West Road in Jinan City was successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the construction of the main bridge transfer casting beam and tower. The main bridge

of Lashan River West Road North Extension Project is a 2 × 139 m single-pylon prestressed concrete swivel cable-stayed bridge with central cable plane, the swivel length is 272 m, the cast-in-place sections of 3 m side spans are reserved on both sides, and the swivel weight is about 43 thousand tons. The main bridge swivels across the Beijing-Shanghai Railway Line 34, Binhe North Road, the South-to-North Water Transfer Culvert and Xiaoqing River at one time. The lower bearing platform of

9 # main pier is an octagonal structure, with a length of 34.2m, a width of 30m, a chamfer size of 8.5m × 5m, and a total height of 6.5m. The pouring height is 5.5m, and the pouring volume reaches 5175m ³, ranking first in the swivel bridges in the province.

In order to successfully complete the pouring, Jinan Traffic Engineering Construction Guarantee Center has gone deep into the construction site for many times, and carefully deployed the construction organization, resource allocation, concrete cooling measures and other aspects. During the pouring period, 7 concrete pumps, more than 70 concrete tankers and 60 operators were put into operation. Intelligent thermometry system is used for

concrete temperature control to monitor the internal temperature of concrete in real time and adjust the inlet temperature of circulating cooling water in time to ensure the quality of concrete curing. Located in Huaiyin District, Jinan City, the north extension road construction project

of Lashan Hexi Road starts from Dezhou Road in the south and ends 550 meters north of Jiqi Road in the north, with a total length of 1.67 kilometers. It is a two-way six-lane urban trunk road, covering roads, bridges, drainage, power relocation and other projects.

Lashan River West Road North Extension Project is the key project of the road construction project of Lashan River West Road (Dezhou Road to Jiqi Road), and it is also an important control project to open up another north-south passageway in Huaiyin District. After the completion of the project, it can connect the West Railway Station with the Medical Center and the Meili Lake Area, connect the north and south of the western urban area in series, and divert the traffic pressure of Qilu Avenue and the Second Ring West Road, which is of great significance to promote the construction and economic development of the western urban area of Jinan.
