Due to the expiration of the period of aid to Xizang, Mr. Zhao Yunde resigned as vice chairman, general manager, director, member of the audit committee and member of the strategic committee of the company, and Mr. Zhang Hui resigned as deputy general manager of the company. After resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries. Due to normal work adjustment, Ms. You Zhangxiu resigned from the position of financial officer of the company.
As considered and approved at the meeting, it was agreed to appoint Mr. Meng Gang as the general manager of the Company, to appoint Mr. Du Xiaoming as the deputy general manager of the Company and to appoint Mr. Wang Guojin as the chief accountant of the Company for a term commencing from the date of consideration and approval by the board of directors of the Company and ending on the expiry date of the term of the seventh session of the board of directors.
