According to the announcement, the 42nd meeting of the third board of directors of China Nengjian unanimously passed the Bill on the Adjustment of Senior Managers of the Company, and Wu Yun ceased to be the deputy general manager of the company because he reached the legal retirement age.
The announcement said that Mr. Wu Yun confirmed that he had no disagreement with the board of directors and the company, and that there was no other matter that the shareholders of the company needed to know about his retirement.
