Announcement on Capacity Adjustment and Replacement Plan of Two Cement Clinker Lines of Anhui Southern Cement

On December 26, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Anhui Province issued a notice on the capacity adjustment and replacement of cement clinker production lines of Anhui Guangde Hongshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and Anhui Guangde Southern Cement Co., Ltd.

The announcement shows that Anhui Guangde Hongshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and Anhui Guangde Southern Cement Co., Ltd. intend to increase the production capacity of 4500t/d and 5000t/d cement clinker production lines to 6350t/d and 6066t/d respectively by means of supplementary capacity. The replacement capacity comes from Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Anhui Langxi Nanfang Cement Co., Ltd., with the replacement ratio of 2:1 and 1.5: 1 respectively. After the implementation of the

capacity replacement plan, a 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd. is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn before December 31, 2026, and a 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Anhui Langxi Southern Cement Co., Ltd. is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn after the disposal of state-owned assets.
