of Bidding Construction site: Changde City, Hunan Province.

Construction scale: The newly-built Yichang-Changde Railway starts from Yichang North Railway Station, passes through Yidu and Songzi in Hubei Province and Linli in Lixian County in Hunan Province, and connects to Changde Railway Station. The total length of the newly-built line is 185. The Hunan section of Yichang Railway starts from the boundary between Hubei and Hunan Province, passes through Lixian County and Linli County to Changde Railway Station. The design mileage of the main line of Hunan section is DK137 + 200 ~ DK236 + 640.931, and the main line is 98.466 km long; YDK231 + 500 ~ YDK236 + 877.221 is introduced to the right line bypass section of Changde Station, with a line length of 5. The project construction period is 4 years.

Technical standard: railway grade: high-speed railway. Design speed: 350 km/H. Number of main lines: double lines. Distance between main lines: 5. Minimum curve radius: 7000m in general, 5500m in difficulty: the standard suitable for the driving speed shall be adopted for the section introduced into the hub. Maximum slope: 20%. Effective length of receiving-departure track: 650m. Train operation control mode: CTCS-3 train control system dispatching command mode: centralized traffic control. Minimum headway: 3 minutes.

Planned construction period: The total construction period of the project is 48 months (1460 calendar days). The planned commencement date is December 26, 2025, and the planned completion date is December 25, 2029.

Bidding scope:

New Yichang-Changde Railway Hunan Section DK137 + 200 ~ DK236 + 640.931, Right Line Bypass Section YDK231 + 500 ~ YDK236 + 877 of Changde Station, including pre-station works and pre-station and post-station interface works within the above scope. For the post-station "four-electricity" system integration project, the track laying of the pre-station project includes track transportation from the rail welding plant (including rail welding) to the track laying base, track laying of the whole section, seamless track, locking and fine adjustment. The Hubei section of

1) Long rail transportation engineering. It includes the transportation of long rails from the arrival freight station to the rail laying base and from the rail laying base to the construction site.

2) Long rail laying works. Comprises the following steps of: preparing a long steel rail tractor, connecting the long steel rail tractor with a steel rail guide vehicle, introducing a traction rope into a long rail transport vehicle, shifting a rail on the vehicle, dragging the rail on the vehicle, supporting a pad roller, dragging the rail into a rail supporting groove by the tractor, removing the traction rope and the support pad roller
