01 Technical transformation breaks through the bottleneck and creates a new benchmark
for ultra-low emissions. Limit control of organized emissions: The flue gas treatment at the kiln end of the production line adopts the system process of "low nitrogen combustion + precise SNCR + SCR combined denitrification system + bag dust removal + wet desulfurization". The ultra-low emission indexes of dust emission concentration ≤ 10 ≤ 10/Nm ³, sulfur dioxide emission concentration ≤ 35 ≤ 35/Nm ³ and nitrogen oxide emission concentration ≤ 50/Nm ³ are realized, and the ammonia escape concentration of flue gas is controlled at ≤ 8mg/Nm ³, which meets the relevant requirements of national organized ultra-low emission. of unorganized emission: the production line constructs a fully enclosed conveying system to connect the production workshop and storage depots with corridors, so as to avoid dust escape during manual loading and material transfer; The limestone pre-homogenization storage shed, auxiliary materials, raw coal pre-homogenization storage shed and other areas adopt the "fully enclosed grid + spray dust suppression system", and several dust-producing points are equipped with high-efficiency dust collectors to ensure that there is no smoke and dust escaping. clean transportation: from the mining area to the production plant, the enterprise has ingeniously conceived the construction of a 1.2 km underground transportation corridor, realizing the full electric transportation of more than 10,000 tons of limestone per day, and completely ending the dust pollution of traditional transportation; Coal and other raw materials arrive at the wharf by water, and the proportion of cement sales by ship is nearly 80%, giving full play to the advantages of "large volume, low energy consumption and low pollution" of water transportation. On the basis of intelligent operation, the
production line has built an integrated management and control platform for environmental intelligence, which includes five core modules:
First, the intelligent management and control module of CEMS system. Real-time detection of emission data and important equipment operation parameters of main discharge outlets such as kiln head, kiln tail, coal mill and cement mill, so as to realize accurate calculation and control of total pollutant discharge.
The second is the intelligent management and control module of unorganized emission, which dynamically monitors the operation status of unorganized emission pollution control equipment and traces historical data in multiple dimensions.
The third is the intelligent management and control module of cleaner production and transportation, which monitors the total amount and proportion of clean transportation of raw materials, cement and clinker in real time, intelligently controls the access control management of the sixth and new energy vehicles entering the factory, and realizes intelligent linkage with the transportation department.
Fourth, the road cleaning management module monitors the operation of the car washing platform and the sweeper in real time, automatically washes the vehicles leaving the factory, and ensures the cleanliness of the vehicles leaving the factory.
Fifth, the air micro-station system management module monitors the concentration of particulate matter in each area in real time, alarms the abnormal concentration in real time and handles it in time to ensure that the environment in the plant meets the standards and is stable for a long time.
