The production capacity of a 4500t/d new dry process cement clinker production line construction project planned by Henan Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. in the original plant area through the technical transformation of "dismantling two in one" was announced.
According to the application of Hebi Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, as Henan Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. voluntarily decides not to implement the above project construction, according to the Implementation Measures of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) (Original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the Announcement on the Capacity of Henan Tongli Cement Co., Ltd.'s Proposed Technical Transformation and Construction of a Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons (Yu Gong Xin Announcement [2021] No.6) is hereby revoked.
