At the project site of the Light Industry College of North China University of Technology in Tangshan, Jinyu concrete tankers are arranged in an orderly manner, and Jinyu Concrete Tangshan Company has undertaken the project since February 2025. It has independently completed the supply of 58000 cubic meters of concrete, reaching 97% of the overall plan in half a year, with a maximum daily pouring volume of 2000 cubic meters. Faced with the challenges of large volume, tight construction period and many technical difficulties, the project team carried out 24-hour dynamic monitoring of more than 20 tankers according to the on-board positioning system, and accurately planned driving routes to avoid peak hours; The production team innovatively adopted the "stepped pouring" construction method to achieve uninterrupted supply for five consecutive days, and successfully solved the problem of staggered foundation pouring speed; the technical team strictly implemented the moisture content detection of sand and gravel every two hours, dynamically adjusted the mix proportion, and ensured that the concrete strength fully met the standard under low temperature conditions.
