On August 25, the technical transformation and capacity expansion project of cement additives production line of China Resources Building Materials Technology Guangxi R & D Company was officially put into operation, striving to achieve the dual goal of "large-scale supply + high-performance upgrade" of cement additives through capacity expansion and technology upgrading.
In recent years, with the continuous growth of the demand for energy-saving additives in the company's cement bases, the production capacity of the original production line has been difficult to match the market and internal supply demand, while the speed of product iteration needs to be further improved to meet the requirements of green production upgrading. Guangxi R & D Company takes the initiative to take the lead in planning the technological transformation and capacity expansion plan, relying on its own technical accumulation in the optimization of cement additives formula and upgrading of production process, and jointly promoting the technological transformation and capacity expansion project of cement additives production line with Hongshuihe Industrial Park with mature production and operation capacity. At the end of
2024, the project of technological transformation and capacity expansion of cement additives production line was officially launched. The Party Group of Guangxi R & D Company set up the "Runni Pioneer Team" for the first time, headed by the technical backbone of Party members, to precisely promote top-level scheme design, technical planning and technical research; Hongshuihe Cement Party Committee gives full play to the role of direction, overall situation and implementation, establishes a special working group for the project, efficiently coordinates production sites, equipment procurement, personnel allocation and other resources, and organizes Party members to keep a close eye on key construction nodes, repeatedly optimize the construction process, strictly control safety and quality, and promote the steady progress of the project as planned. The successful commissioning of this
technological transformation and capacity expansion project is not only a landmark achievement of the deep integration of Party building and business work, but also a decisive measure to help Huarun building materials science and technology deepen the practice of energy saving and carbon reduction, which not only effectively improves the supply capacity of cement additives in Hongshuihe Industrial Park, but also promotes the development of the industry.
