In order to focus on the core requirements of high-quality development of enterprises, we should further strengthen the sense of quality responsibility of all staff and carry out in-depth "legal person" quality-oriented activities. On September 2, China Construction Western Construction held a quality symposium in Chengdu in 2025. Zhang Weicheng, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the board, and Wang Jun and Li Mingjie, leaders of the company, attended the meeting.
Zhang Weicheng emphasized that quality is not only the lifeline of products, but also the cornerstone for enterprises to gain a foothold in the market and win trust. He also put forward four requirements for the company's quality management work:
First, take quality awareness as the guide and establish the core concept of "quality is life". The western construction of China Construction will always look at quality from a political point of view, stick to the bottom line of quality, and help the company develop with high-quality products.
The second is to build a "comprehensive risk early warning system" based on the quality risk provention and control. Quality management should move forward, quality risks should be resolved at the source, and at the same time, all posts should have a strong sense of red line and bottom line thinking.
Thirdly, with the goal of quality brand, we should create a market image of "customer trust, industry recognition". Quality is the cornerstone of an enterprise and the key factor in shaping a brand. All units should work together to build a quality competitiveness with brand promotion as the core.
Fourth, take quality innovation and development as the driving force to lead the high-quality development of enterprises. Innovation is an inexhaustible driving force for the development of enterprises, only by constantly carrying out quality innovation, can we keep up with the pace of development of the times and lead enterprises to a new journey of high-quality development.
The meeting also conveyed the spirit of the "Quality Month" activities of the whole country and China Construction Group, publicized and implemented the "Quality Management Measures (2nd Revision in 2025)", and shared the experience of dealing with quality problems.
The meeting was held in the form of a combination of on-site and video, with the main venue in Chengdu and the video sub-venue in the secondary units. More than 300 people attended the meeting, including the heads of relevant departments of the Western Construction Headquarters of China Construction, the first heads of units at all levels, the heads of quality management and the heads of relevant departments.
