Recently, the main structure of the Translational Medicine Building (hereinafter referred to as the "Translational Hospital Building") in the Sino-French New Town Hospital of Tongji Hospital supplied by China Construction Commercial Concrete Hanyang Factory has been fully capped. Since the start of construction in October 2024, it has only taken 10 months to refresh the "new speed" of construction. Hanyang Plant has supplied a total of 47,900 cubic meters of concrete for the project.
Since the commencement of construction, the Hanyang Plant has faced two major difficulties:

The overall construction period is tight, the task is heavy, the single pouring volume is large, and the working surface is concentrated, which puts forward higher requirements for the continuity and timeliness of concrete pouring.
The technical requirements are high
. Due to the complex structural design, there are up to 8 kinds of single pouring marks, which are difficult to construct and take a long time to operate. There are strict standards for mix proportion design, raw material quality, temperature control and slump management in the production process.
Faced with the above challenges, Hanyang Factory attached great importance to it and immediately set up a special safeguard team.
In view of the characteristics of mass and high-grade concrete in summer, the technical team of Hanyang Plant has carried out dozens of proportioning tests and verification optimization, selected high-quality raw materials, introduced admixture compounding technology, effectively controlled the peak value of hydration heat and slump loss, and ensured the workability and later strength of concrete.

from raw material entry inspection, production mixing to transportation scheduling, on-site pouring, customer service personnel are arranged to watch 24 hours in shifts, check the delivery list one by one, monitor the concrete status in real time, and maintain seamless communication with customers. of Hanyang Plant has set up a "green channel" for the project, giving priority to the distribution of transportation and pumping equipment, accurately controlling the feeding accuracy and mixing time, digitally recording the key production data, and realizing the traceability of the whole process of quality. has supplied a total of 9000 cubic meters of C45 pile foundation, 1800 cubic meters of C60 shear wall, more than 500 cubic meters of C60P8 basement exterior wall, 9000 cubic meters of C40 large volume and 6500 cubic meters of C35 large volume for the project.

Translational Medicine Building is a key medical research project in Hubei Province.
