Lishui Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. is located in Jingqiao Town, Lishui District, Nanjing City, and belongs to China Building Materials Group. It has a 4500 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line and a supporting 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of high-quality clinker and an annual power generation of 59 million kWh. In 2020, the company's 500t/d domestic waste co-disposal demonstration line project was put into operation, and by the end of April this year, a total of 622,700 tons had been disposed of, saving about 60 mu of land for landfill in Lishui District and about 58 million yuan in disposal costs. The 100,000t/a hazardous waste disposal project of Zhongtian Gongkang will be completed and put into operation in March 2022, with a total of 49,000 tons of hazardous waste disposed and 127,200 tons of pollution by the end of April 2025. In 2024, the company was awarded the title of "No Waste Factory" in Nanjing.
Clean and low-carbon transportation, and build a modern transportation system. Through the establishment of fully enclosed transportation corridor, the whole process of production workshop and material storage is closed to reduce the dust problems caused by manual loading and material transfer, so as to achieve "zero dust" in the factory area. Through the implementation of 1.8km technical transformation project of long-distance belt conveyor system for environmental protection intelligent materials, while connecting the mine and the plant area, it is connected with the long belt of Liyang Tianshan Wharf to realize the transportation of limestone, clinker and raw coal, which can reduce the transportation volume of highway automobiles by 4.15 million tons and 138000 times a year, and greatly reduce the emission of automobile exhaust pollutants. Construct a modern transportation system in which man and nature coexist harmoniously.
Build a dream garden factory and reshape the green business card of the industry. Guided by the concept of green ecology boosting the development of mining areas, the company has made sustained efforts in mine ecological restoration, energy saving and emission reduction, and has achieved "zero waste discharge" for 15 consecutive years. The mining area should be as green as possible, and the greening rate of the greening area should reach 100%, and it will pass the provincial green mine acceptance in 2021. In 2024, the company won the title of Green Factory in Jiangsu Province, breaking people's inherent understanding of cement enterprises and creating a new business card for the cement industry.
