According to the Interim Regulations on the Management of Carbon Emission Trading and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on Doing a Good Job in the National Carbon Emission Trading Market in 2025 (Huan Ban Climate Letter [2025] 140), In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of the Department of Ecology and Environment of the Xizang Autonomous on Doing a Good Job in Covering the Cement Industry in the Carbon Emission Trading Market in 2025 (Zang Huan Fa [2025] No.25), the list of key emission units in the cement industry in the national carbon emission trading market in 2024 and 2025 of the Xizang Autonomous is now publicized.

According to the announcement, nine cement enterprises, such as Qilian Mountain, Conch and Huaxin , were included in the list of key emission units of cement industry in the national carbon emission trading market in the Xizang Autonomous of 2024 and 2025.
