National Development and Reform Commission, said at the meeting that he supported private enterprises to actively participate in the "two-fold" construction and the "two-new" work, and was speeding up the improvement of the long-term mechanism for private enterprises to participate in the construction of major national projects, and had launched a number of major projects in the fields of nuclear power and railways. At present, the proportion of private capital in some nuclear power projects has reached 20%. In the field of industrial equipment renewal and recycling, the proportion of funds supporting private enterprises is more than 80%.

Zheng Bei said that this year, high-quality projects with a total investment of about 3 trillion yuan will be launched in key areas such as transportation, energy, water conservancy, new infrastructure and urban infrastructure.
