From April to June and October, the kiln will be shut down for 10 days every month, which is generally arranged in the last ten days of each month. From July to September, the kiln will be shut down for 15 days every month, which is generally arranged in the middle and last ten days of each month.
Tapai Cement said that in 2025, all clinker production lines in Guangdong Province planned to stop kilns for 95 days per kiln , of which from May 1 to September 30, all clinker production lines will stop kilns for 45 days per kiln. In 2025, each production line in Guangxi will stagger the peak for an average of 160 days, and in 2025, Fujian is expected to stagger the peak for 170 days.
Jidong Cement said that the non-heating season peak staggering plan has basically been implemented. It is planned that Hebei will stagger the peak for 10 days per month from April to June, Henan will open for 20 days and stop for 20 days, Shanxi will stagger the peak for 11-15 days per month, and Inner Mongolia, central and western China and Northeast China will stagger the peak for 15-20 days per month.
