of Xiangfen Xingyuan Group Cement Building Materials Co., Ltd. is supplemented with 1250t/d clinker production capacity, with a replacement ratio of 2:1. The production capacity index is derived from the 2500t/d production capacity of Yuci Cement Co., Ltd. of Zhihai Enterprise Group.
