The announcement shows that the limestone mine project (project code: 2212-451228-04-01-827803) of Du'an Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd. in Hechi Du'an Yao Autonomous County has been under construction for more than six months. The Water Conservancy Bureau of Du'an Yao Autonomous County has repeatedly urged and issued a written rectification notice , Notice of the Water Conservancy Bureau of Du'an Yao Autonomous County Submitting Quarterly Report on Soil and Water Conservation Monitoring within a Time Limit (Du Shui Guarantee [2025] No.4), which still fails to carry out soil and water conservation monitoring as required. In violation of Article 16 of Chapter III of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Soil and Water Conservation of Production and Construction Projects in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, "For production and construction projects that compile and submit reports on soil and water conservation schemes, their production and construction units shall carry out soil and water conservation monitoring by themselves or by entrusting institutions with corresponding technical capabilities before the start of construction". According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Water Resources on the Implementation of the "Two Orders" System for Credit Supervision of Soil and Water Conservation in Production and Construction Projects (BSB [2020] No.157), "Production and Construction Units: ' Failing to organize and carry out the design, monitoring and supervision of soil and water conservation in accordance with the regulations'. Du'an Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd. should be included in the "list of key concerns" of soil and water conservation, and is now decided to be included in the "list of key concerns" of soil and water conservation, and to be made public to the public through the national water conservancy construction market supervision service platform for a period of one year.
