Recently, the UHPC120 ultra-high performance concrete produced and supplied by Quanjiao Station of Chuzhou East China Material Co., Ltd. has been poured in the key construction project of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, successfully realizing the all-component ready-mixed production, 80 km ultra-long transportation distance non-destructive supply and mass engineering application of this type of concrete mixing station.
UHPC120 ultra-high performance concrete has a high technical threshold, and has higher requirements for raw material quality, material ratio, production process and construction conditions. Starting from the selection of raw materials, the company's project team carefully selected high-quality cement, high-strength aggregate and high-performance water reducer to ensure that the basic materials meet the limit requirements. In the process of concrete proportioning, technicians have carried out more than 100 trials and optimizations to make the products achieve ultra-high strength, while taking into account both workability and durability.
