On December 24, according to the information of an asset trading platform, the 6600 tons/day cement clinker production capacity index held by Yuncheng Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. was transferred at a base price of 95.634 million yuan.

project specifically includes the 1000t/d clinker index of Qifengshan, the 1600t/d clinker index of Shitou Group, the 1500t/d clinker index of Huatai Cement and the 2500t/d clinker index of Shuozhou Zhonglian. The acquisition date is from 2019 to 2020.
