The plant was originally a Φ4.6 × 74m rotary kiln, which was transformed into a Φ4.8 × 74m rotary kiln. The design capacity is increased from 4000 t/d to 5000 t/d. Therefore, the capacity of 1500 t/d is replaced and the capacity of 1000 t/d is increased by 1.5: 1. The expansion of rotary kiln should be regarded as a major operation on the production line.
The rotary kiln was completed and put into production in November 2021, and has only been in operation for four years.
