Integration of
international management and localization to build an efficient collaborative demonstration project
Relying on nearly 25 years of international project experience, the company will deeply integrate the mature project management system with Nigeria's localization practice. During the peak period of the project, more than 1000 people were employed on site, including local engineers, drivers, welders, steel bar workers, carpenters, bricklayers and other types of work.
