According to the requirements of relevant national industrial policies, on October 29, 2024, our department announced the capacity replacement plan for the technical upgrading project of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 6000 tons of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. Because the original scheme has not been implemented so far, it has been applied by Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. and the county (district) and city (state) industry and information departments. It is hereby announced that the announcement of the capacity replacement scheme for the technical upgrading project of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 6000 tons of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. is hereby revoked .
According to the previous release of Guizhou Industry and Information Technology Office, the technical upgrading project of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement 6000t/d clinker production line relies on the integration and upgrading of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement 1 # 4000t/d clinker production line and 2 # 3000t/d clinker production line to upgrade the required 2000t/d capacity index. It is transferred from 2 # 3000t/d clinker production line of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. according to the proportion of 1.5: 1.
