Jiangxi Yongfeng Southern Cement Co., Ltd., as a whole industry chain enterprise integrating cement, aggregate and commercial mixing, has always led the ecological green with the party building red, done a good job in the two ecological articles of "green mine" and "green factory", and actively practiced the concept of green development.
01 Ecological restoration, protecting the national green mine
Yongfeng South always adheres to the concept of "green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan", and runs green development through the whole process of mining. In January 2020, the limestone mine for cement was successfully included in the national green mine list, which is inseparable from the unremitting efforts in ecological restoration and efficient utilization of resources. In the process of mining, Yongfeng South strictly carries out mining operations in accordance with the development and utilization plan, rationally mining and stripping, and minimizes land occupation and soil erosion. The use of advanced electronic detonator technology not only improves the blasting safety, but also reduces the impact on the surrounding environment. It insists on the dynamic measurement of mine environment every year, strengthens the protection of mine geological environment and temporary greening work, and truly achieves the goal of "mining while harnessing". The production line of comprehensive utilization of waste limestone has been put into use to realize the "eating dry and squeezing clean" of mine resources. The waste limestone that can only be piled up to make aggregate can produce millions of tons of aggregate annually, which not only produces good ecological benefits, but also produces considerable economic benefits. It not only solves the disposal problem of waste limestone, reduces the hidden danger of ecological safety, but also realizes the recycling of resources and creates good economic and environmental benefits. After years of efforts, the green coverage rate of mine ecological restoration has reached 100%, with a total green area of 35000 square meters, and the former "bare mountain" has now been transformed into "flower and fruit mountain".
As a provincial green factory, Yongfeng South is also in the forefront of green energy utilization. Enterprises actively explore new ways of energy conservation and emission reduction, and continuously reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions through a series of innovative measures. A 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system has been built in the enterprise, which generates electricity by recovering the waste heat from the exhaust gas discharged by the grate cooler. The proportion of total power generation per year has been greatly increased, which greatly reduces the dependence on the external power grid. In June 2023, Yongfeng Southern Photovoltaic Power Generation Project started construction and was successfully completed and operated in that year. The project adopts the operation mode of self-use and surplus electricity access to the grid, and the cumulative power generation can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 10000 tons and sulfur dioxide by nearly 100 tons per year. Yongfeng South also actively explores the use of alternative fuels (raw materials), which not only greatly reduces coal consumption and dependence on traditional fossil energy, but also helps to achieve the goal of building a clean and green city, and makes a positive contribution to the improvement of the local ecological environment.
03 Innovation-driven, towards a national green factory
In order to move towards a national green factory, Yongfeng South continues to increase investment in technological innovation and management innovation, and constantly improve the level of green development of enterprises. In the aspect of digital intelligence empowerment, enterprises have successively carried out energy-saving technological transformation and the application of digital intelligent projects. At present, intelligent control has covered the whole process of cement production. Digital Intelligence Mine has realized 24-hour real-time control of mining without leaving home. "Anzhitong" system monitors the field operation in real time. "One-card" facilitates cargo transportation and realizes self-service loading and unloading of cement. The use of OA system realizes paperless office and online approval of process. The implementation of these intelligent projects not only improves production efficiency and product quality, but also further reduces energy consumption and environmental pollution. In 2024, the company obtained three utility model patents, and in February of that year, it obtained the "AA" level certificate of the integration management system, formally entering the ranks of "digital" factories. In the aspect of commercial mixing, sand and gravel are separated and cleaned by sand and gravel separator, and then recycled into the warehouse for processing and reuse, so as to achieve zero emission. At the same time, four green environmental protection intelligent production systems are built, namely, sewage treatment system, production dust reduction system, silo spraying system and production noise reduction system, which interpret green environmental protection and low carbon with intelligence.
