On August 27, Fujian Cement issued the Audit Opinion of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of Fujian Cement Co., Ltd. on the Proposal for Nominating Candidates for the Eleventh Board of Directors, agreeing to nominate Wang Zhenxing, Hua Wanzheng, Zheng Jianxin, Huang Mingyao, Zheng Shengxiang and Chen Xuanxiang as candidates for the Eleventh Board of Directors of the Company. Agree to nominate Qian Xiaolan, Lin Chuankun and Huang Heliang as candidates for independent directors of the eleventh board of directors of the company.
