On December 24, Handan Jinyu held the fourth Plenary meeting of the Enterprise Safety Production Committee in 2025 to summarize the effectiveness and shortcomings of the work of safety production in 2025, and to study and deploy the work of safety production in 2026. More than 30 people, including members of the leading group of Handan Jinyu, responsible persons of various units and responsible persons of long-term related parties, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Zhang Guoheng, manager of the enterprise and director of the Security Committee.
At the meeting, we watched the safety education feature film together, all departments and long-term relevant parties made work reports, the Office of the Safety Committee reported the work of safety production in 2025, the leaders in charge made speeches respectively, arranged and deployed specific work, and Comrade Zhang Guoheng conveyed the spirit of the fourth meeting of the Jinyu Jidong Safety Committee in 2025.
Based on the current situation of enterprise safety production and the spirit of various safety meetings at higher levels, Wu Chongwang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, emphasized five points on the work of safety production in 2026: First, consolidate the implementation of safety responsibilities and enhance the joint efforts of safety management. We should give full play to the advantages of professional management, strengthen responsibility implementation and hierarchical management and control, promote the implementation of key tasks in all aspects, constantly improve the ability of management team to find and solve problems, resolutely put an end to all kinds of violations, and resolutely prevent all kinds of accident risks. Second, we should focus on the system, strengthen training, build defense lines and enhance basic management capabilities. It is necessary to organize and carry out flexible and diverse team safety culture activities, gradually form a team safety concept that is recognized and observed by all team members and has the characteristics of the team, and gradually shape intrinsically safe employees who "want to be safe, will be safe and can be safe". Third, strengthen double control, positive behavior, solid foundation, and improve the level of site safety. It is necessary to strictly control the "five passes" of qualification review, signing of safety agreements, safety disclosure, on-site supervision, assessment and evaluation, and the "side station" management requirements of outsourcing operations, so as to ensure the safety and controllability of inspection and maintenance operations. The four is to focus on the four new, strong mines, stable closure, and enhance the ability to tackle key problems. We should timely and carefully analyze and judge the new risks brought by construction projects and the application of the "four new", formulate targeted preventive measures, implement various decisive measure, prevent and resolve all kinds of risks, and ensure that new things do not bring new hidden dangers. Fifth, keep a close eye on the critical period and guard the security line of "the end of the year and the beginning of the year". Heads of departments should carefully arrange and inspect the implementation of various tasks in accordance with the requirements of the work tasks of the plan, so as to ensure strict implementation and safety of winter construction operations.
Finally, Wu Chongwang emphasized that development is the core driving force to solve safety problems, and safety is the premise, foundation and guarantee of development.
