The replacement plan shows that Ningxia Nuoli Environmental Protection New Material withdraws from 2283t/d production capacity to supplement a 7200t/d clinker production line of Jidong Cement Heilongjiang Company, with a capacity of 8341t/d and a replacement ratio of 2:1. The production line of
Ningxia Nuoli Environmental Protection New Material 2283t/d has been shut down on September 1, 2025, and is scheduled to be dismantled and withdrawn before March 31, 2026.
