Recently, the Ministry of Emergency Management issued a circular on the issuance of Guidelines for the Compilation of Investigation Reports on Technical Causes of Production Safety Accidents and Guidelines for the Compilation of Investigation Reports on Management Causes of Production Safety Accidents. The purpose is to further standardize the preparation of technical and management investigation reports in the investigation of production safety accidents, and to improve the quality and level of the investigation of production safety accidents. The compilation of investigation and assessment reports on natural disasters shall be carried out by reference.
