of Shangluo Tianxiang Manganese Industry Co., Ltd.: the expansion project of manganese ore mining and processing with an annual output of 100,000 tons of Shangluo Tianxiang Manganese Industry Co., Ltd., with an estimated daily total reserve of 10 million tons and a proven manganese ore resource of 1,784,200 tons. The construction contents of this project include the manganese ore mining within the scope of the mining license, including the work contents of earthwork stripping, disposal, tailings treatment and ecological restoration in the later stage of the mining area, the mining, refining and processing of ores, and the construction of supporting power, roads, warehouses and office areas.
Construction Content: The total construction area of the project is 100000 square meters, the production and processing and storage rooms are 60000 square meters, the comprehensive office is 8000 square meters, the production and processing area of the project is 0.6 square kilometers, and the mining area is 6.1978 square kilometers. In the initial stage, two manganese ore primary production lines with an annual output of 100,000 tons and four production lines for comprehensive utilization of tailings, waste residues and waste rocks will be built. In the long term, it is expected to expand to 500,000 tons. 40000 square meters of waste dump will be built, and basic supporting facilities such as parking lots, sewage and dust treatment, greening and hardening roads will be built. New office buildings, staff living quarters (including dormitories, canteens, activity centers, etc.), reconstruction and expansion of transportation roads in the mining area, etc., as well as the construction of prevention and control measures to ensure the safety of the project in the process of survey, construction, mining and processing, and to prevent geological disasters caused by natural disasters and hydrological factors.
