On December 23, the EPC general contracting of 300 MW distributed photovoltaic power station project from No.1 Road to No. 6 Road in Tianjin Binhai New Area Textile City was tendered publicly. The tenderer is Zhonggu (Tianjin) New Energy Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the project is located in No.1 Road to No. 6 Road of Tianjin Binhai New Area Textile City, and plans to build a distributed photovoltaic power generation project with a total capacity of 300 MW, which is divided into several factory roofs. The total housing area is about 2.4 million square meters. In addition, the total planned duration of the project is 270 calendar days . In terms of
performance requirements, this tender requires bidders to have the performance of general contracting or EPC general contracting projects for photovoltaic power generation projects with installed capacity of 100MW or more from January 1, 2018 to December 1, 2025. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this bid section . The number of members of the consortium shall not exceed 3, and the leader of the consortium shall be the general contractor of the construction. The
bidding documents shall be obtained from 16:55 on December 23, 2025 to 17: 00 on December 29, 2025. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:30 on January 13, 2026.
