According to the tender announcement, Each bidder must have a good record of paying taxes in accordance with the law and a good business reputation. In terms of performance, since January 1, 2024 (inclusive) , each bidder has at least three corresponding photovoltaic cell silicon wafers, cell screen plates, Supply performance of battery slurry and battery additives. It is noteworthy that the performance of the framework agreement in the corresponding performance is not included in the performance .
Among them, the tender announcement of qualified suppliers of silicon wafers for photovoltaic cells shows that they accept bids from sellers. However, a photovoltaic cell wafer manufacturer can only authorize one seller to participate in the bidding, and the same brand manufacturer and seller can not participate in the bidding of this project at the same time . The tender announcement of qualified suppliers of
photovoltaic cell paste shows that only one agent can be authorized to participate in the bidding of the same photovoltaic cell paste manufacturer, and the manufacturer and the agent can not participate in the bidding of the project at the same time. The bidding of qualified suppliers of the
remaining photovoltaic cell screen and battery additives will not be accepted by agents .
In addition, if the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding of the above-mentioned projects at the same time. Otherwise, the relevant bids are invalid.
The above bidding does not accept the participation of the consortium. Deadline for submission of
