Recently, the reporter learned from Linkou County that the project of the new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily capacity of 5000 tons of North Far East Cement is progressing smoothly. At present, the overall construction progress has been completed by more than 80%, and it has entered the key stage of equipment installation and commissioning. The project is expected to achieve ignition trial production in June 2026, which will inject strong impetus into regional economic development and lead the green transformation and upgrading of the local building materials industry with its advanced environmental protection and technical standards.
It is understood that the project, located in Jiantang Town, Linkou County, is the first fully intelligent cement clinker production line of China Building Materials North Cement. It is listed as the only new project retained in Northeast China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period of China Building Materials Co., Ltd. and is also a key industrial project for Linkou's green, low-carbon and high-quality development. The construction includes mining system, raw material preparation system, clinker burning system, product storage and transportation system and 9 MW waste heat power generation system. At present, the project has completed the construction of marble pre-homogenization silo, raw material allocation, raw material grinding, raw coal grinding, kiln preheater tower, kiln grate cooler, clinker silo, waste heat power generation plant, central control building and complex building.
According to the introduction, green intelligence is the core highlight of the project. The project is equipped with an advanced intelligent control system, the production process can achieve digital precision management and control, and the dust emission is far below the national standard; the waste heat power generation system of supporting construction can realize the cascade utilization of energy, greatly improve the efficiency of resource recycling, and truly practice the development concept of "production and ecological symbiosis". Its capacity replacement mode will effectively eliminate regional backward production capacity and promote the transformation of regional cement industry to high-end and green. After the
project is put into production, it is estimated that the annual output of cement clinker will be 1.55 million tons, the annual average sales income will be 447 million yuan, the tax revenue will be 80 million yuan, and nearly 100 new jobs will be created. It not only accelerates the transformation of resource advantages to economic advantages in Linkou County, but also has a far-reaching impact on the adjustment of cement industrial structure in Northeast China.
