By the end of 2024, the main cement industry has 274 million tons of clinker production capacity, 403 million tons of cement production capacity, 163 million tons of aggregate production capacity and 47.6 million cubic meters of commercial mixing production capacity, and its industrial scale, profitability and technical level are in the forefront of the world. In terms of
new energy industry, the installed capacity of clean energy exceeds 900 MW, ranking first in the national cement industry. In the
new material industry, there are two listed companies, Conch New Material and Conch Material Technology, with a production capacity of 500,000 tons of plastic steel and 2.2 million tons of energy-saving, environmental protection and carbon reduction materials, ranking first in the industry. In terms of
environmental protection industry, Conch Environmental Protection, a leading listed company in the industry, has formed an annual co-disposal capacity of more than 10 million tons of solid and hazardous wastes. In terms of digital industry, technology companies such as mine driverless, intelligent packaging and shipping, intelligent quality management and intelligent logistics supply chain platform have been incubated, and a digital industry cluster has been initially constructed. In terms of
modern service trade industry, there are key enterprises such as Anhui International Trade, a pillar enterprise of export trade in Anhui Province, and Conch Building Material Design and Research Institute, which integrates research and development, engineering design and general contracting. At present, the high-quality development of Conch's "one base and five industries" is moving towards a new stage.
At present, the cement industry is facing the double test of energy saving, environmental protection and industrial intelligence upgrading. In order to implement the relevant policy requirements and accelerate the green low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of the cement industry, China Cement Network is scheduled for September 23-24. The 14th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference and the 6th Intelligent Summit Forum were held in Zibo, Shandong Province. This conference will bring together industry experts, enterprise representatives and many industry stakeholders to gather group wisdom and promote energy-saving, environmental protection and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the cement industry.
