On August 28, the tender announcement for general contracting of SCR denitrification system renovation project of Xinhe Cement 2 × 2500t/d cement rotary kiln in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province was issued. SCR denitration system is newly built for kiln tail flue gas of two clinker production lines of
the company. The overall transformation mainly includes SCR denitration system, ammonia water conveying and injection system, flue gas pipeline system, ash removal system, ash conveying system, electrical and automation system, etc. After the transformation, the management indicators of "NOx emission concentration is not higher than 50 mg/m3" and "ammonia escape emission concentration hourly average value is not higher than 5 mg/m3" are achieved.
