On August 28, Huaneng Hydropower announced that, according to the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, after examination by the nomination committee of the board of directors, the board of directors agreed to elect Mr. Hua Shiguo as the vice-chairman of the company, whose term of office shall be from the effective date of the resolution of the board of directors to the expiration date of the fourth board of directors of the company.
The Board agreed to appoint Mr. Yin Shuhong as the general manager of the Company for a term commencing from the effective date of the resolution of the Board and ending on the expiry date of the fourth session of the Board of the Company. Upon review by the Nomination Committee of the Board, the Board agreed to nominate Mr. Yin Shuhong as a candidate for non-independent director of the Company, with the term of office commencing from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting and ending on the expiry date of the fourth session of the Board. Mr.
Hua Shiguo, born in October 1971, Han nationality, a member of the Communist Party of China, a postgraduate and an engineer, is currently the director of the Financial Development Research Center of Yunnan Hehe (Group) Co., Ltd. He has successively served as Assistant to the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of Yunnan Hongta Dianxi Cement Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager, General Manager and Secretary of the Party General Branch of Kunming Hongta Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Deputy Chief of the Property Management Department of Yunnan Hongta Group Co., Ltd., Assistant to the Director and Deputy Director of the Financial Assets Department of Yunnan Hehe (Group) Co., Ltd.
