2019, China hosted the second "the Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum in Beijing. Since the first Summit Forum and during the current Summit Forum, governments, local governments and enterprises of various countries have reached a series of cooperation consensus, important measures and practical achievements. As the host country, China has sorted out and summarized some of the representative achievements and formed a list of the achievements of the second Summit Forum. The list includes 283 items in six categories, including initiatives or cooperation initiatives launched by the Chinese side, bilateral and multilateral cooperation documents signed during or on the eve of the summit forum, multilateral cooperation platforms established under the framework of the summit forum, investment projects and project lists, financing projects, and cooperation projects carried out by local governments and enterprises at home and abroad.
1. Measures or cooperation initiatives
launched by China (1) Publish the "the Belt and Road" Initiative: Progress, Contribution and Prospects.
(2) Issuing the Report on Policy Recommendations of the Advisory Committee of the Summit Forum on International Cooperation in the Belt and Road.
(3) China jointly launched the Beijing Initiative on the Clean Silk Road with representatives of relevant countries, international organizations and business and academic circles.
(4) The Chinese government will implement arrangements to facilitate the entry and exit of "the Belt and Road" personnel.
(5) China develops bonds with the theme of Silk Road to facilitate domestic and foreign entities to use the bond market to finance and support the "the Belt and Road" initiative.
(6) The State Development Bank and the Export-Import Bank of China shall continue to set up special loans for "the Belt and Road".
(7) The Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the competent departments of science, technology and innovation of relevant countries jointly issued the "Innovation Road" Cooperation Initiative.
(8) The Chinese government will continue to implement the Green Silk Road Ambassador Program and provide 1500 training places for environmental officials from countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road" in the next three years. The website of "the Belt and Road" Eco-environmental Protection Big Data Service Platform was officially launched. China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment Establishes "the Belt and Road" Environmental Technology Exchange and Transfer Center.
(9) The National Development and Reform Commission of China, the UNDP, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific jointly launched the "the Belt and Road" Green Lighting Initiative. Jointly launched the "the Belt and Road" green and efficient refrigeration initiative with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific and the Energy Foundation.
10. The Ministry of Finance of China issued the Belt and Road Debt Sustainability Analysis Framework to work with Belt and Road countries to improve debt management, promote sustainable financing, and achieve sustainable and inclusive growth.
(11) The General Administration of Customs of China initiated the establishment of the "the Belt and Road" Customs Information Exchange and Sharing Platform, and established electronic networks of origin with Chile, Pakistan, Singapore, Georgia and other countries to share project information and data.
(12) The National Standardization Administration of China initiated the establishment of a "the Belt and Road" to jointly build a national standard information platform to strengthen the exchange and sharing of standard information with relevant countries.
(13) The Chinese government will continue to implement the "Silk Road" Chinese government scholarship program and increase the number of scholarships for master's and doctoral degrees.
(14) The Chinese Academy of Sciences announced the implementation of the "the Belt and Road" Master's Scholarship Program.
(15) China will carry out the "the Belt and Road" development experience exchange program, and invite 10000 representatives of political parties, political organizations, politicians, think tanks, scholars and social organizations from the "the Belt and Road" countries to come to China for exchanges in the next five years.
(16) The Ministry of Science and Technology of China announced the implementation of the "the Belt and Road" Innovative Talents Exchange Project, which will support 5000 innovative exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and other "the Belt and Road" in the next five years.
(17) China will jointly implement the "the Belt and Road" library cooperation project and the "the Belt and Road" copyright trade cooperation plan with the "the Belt and Road" countries.
(18) China, in cooperation with UNESCO, initiated and established the "Silk Road Young Scholars Funding Program".
19. The National Development and Reform Commission of China and the UNICEF jointly launched a cooperation initiative entitled "Caring for Children, Sharing Development and Promoting the Realization of Sustainable Development Goals" for countries along the Belt and Road.
(20) The Red Cross Society of China continues to promote the first aid corridor project in Pakistan.
(21) China will work with relevant countries to implement the "the Belt and Road" South-South cooperation plan to address climate change.
(22) ICBC issued the first "the Belt and Road" interbank normalized cooperation mechanism (BRBR) green bond, and jointly issued the "the Belt and Road" green financial index with relevant members of the BRBR mechanism, such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Oriental Bank of France and the Mizuho Bank of Japan. We will further promote "the Belt and Road" green financial cooperation.
(23) The National Office of Han Dynasty of China organizes the "the Belt and Road" to build a "Chinese Bridge" summer camp for young students.
(24) China will launch the first "the Belt and Road" cooperation training program on the rule of law, co-organize a training course on corporate integrity and compliance with regulations with the World Bank, and hold a national anti-corruption seminar on "the Belt and Road".
(25) The Shanghai National Accounting Institute under the Ministry of Finance of China will jointly launch the China-Central Asia Accounting Elite Exchange Program with the Central Asia Institute of Regional Economic Cooperation, the Asian Development Bank and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
(26) China will hold the second China International Import Expo in 2019 and the Global E-Commerce Summit Forum during the Expo.
2. Bilateral and multilateral cooperation documents
signed during or on the eve of the Summit Forum (1) The Chinese Government and Equatorial Guinea, Liberia, Luxembourg, Jamaica, Peru, Italy, Barbados, Cyprus, The governments of Yemen and other countries signed a memorandum of understanding on jointly building a "the Belt and Road". The
Chinese government signed cooperation plans or action plans with the governments of Serbia, Djibouti, Mongolia, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Papua New Guinea, the African Union, un-habitat, and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa to jointly establish the Belt and Road.
(3) The Chinese government will sign the China-Kazakhstan Production Capacity and Investment Cooperation Plan with the Kazakh government.
(4) The Chinese government signed tax agreements and protocols with the governments of Kenya, Sweden and Chile.
(5) The Chinese government signed cooperation documents in the field of transportation with the governments of Pakistan, Liberia, Nepal, Georgia, Belarus, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, Laos and Kazakhstan.
(6) The Chinese government signed cooperation agreements in the fields of science, technology and innovation with the governments of Laos, Bulgaria, Latvia, El Salvador and Panama, and signed an action plan for innovation cooperation with the Israeli government.
(7) The Chinese government has signed documents on cultural exchanges and cooperation with the governments of Niger, Pakistan, Namibia, Nigeria, Mauritius and Guinea, and will sign cooperation documents with the governments of Nepal and Romania on the prevention of theft, theft and illegal entry and exit of cultural property.
8. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific on promoting the "the Belt and Road" initiative and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
9. The National Development and Reform Commission of China signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economy of Hungary on the establishment of the China-Hungary Cooperation Promotion Center under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, and signed a bilateral action plan with the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Hungary on the cooperation on the Digital Silk Road. The National Development and Reform Commission
of China signed the china-laos Economic Corridor Cooperation Document with the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Laos, the Myanmar-china Economic Corridor Cooperation Plan with the Ministry of Planning and Finance of Myanmar, and the cooperation plan on building a regional comprehensive economic corridor with the Ministry of Maritime Affairs of Indonesia.
11. The National Development and Reform Commission of China signed memorandums of understanding on cooperation in the third market with the Ministry of Digital and Economic Affairs of Austria, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics, Education and Research of Switzerland, and a memorandum of understanding on strengthening the implementation framework of cooperation in the third market with the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore.
(12) The National Development and Reform Commission of China and the European Commission of the European Union issued a joint statement on the development of a comprehensive rail-based transport corridor between China and Europe.
(13) The National Development and Reform Commission of China and the Ministry of Economic Development of Greece signed a three-year cooperation plan in key areas between China and Greece (2020-2022).
(14) The State Development and Reform Commission of China (the Belt and Road Construction Promotion Center) signed a memorandum of understanding with the German SIEMENS Corporation to strengthen cooperation around the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road".
(15) The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of Bangladesh, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Cambodia, the Ministry of Agriculture of Myanmar, the Ministry of Agriculture of Nepal, the Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Pakistan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Philippines, the Ministry of Agriculture of Thailand, the Ministry of Agriculture of Sri Lanka, The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam issued the Statement of Intention to Promote "the Belt and Road" Cooperation and Jointly Promote the Establishment of Quality Standards for Pesticide Products.
(16) China, Belarus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Poland and Russia have signed the Rules of Procedure for the Joint Working Group on China-Europe Railway Transport.
17. The Ministry of Transport of China signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation to Promote the Effective Implementation of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 through the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Initiative with the International Labour Organization. The State Post Bureau of China signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Strengthening Cooperation in the Field of Post and Express Delivery in Response to the Belt and Road Initiative with the Iranian Post Bureau, the Hungarian Ministry of International Development and the Pakistani Post Bureau.
(18) The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China and the International Labour Organization signed a memorandum of understanding on South-South cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road. The Ministry of Emergency Management of
China and the International Labour Organization signed an MOU on South-South cooperation in work safety under the framework of the Belt and Road.
(20) The State Supervisory Commission of China signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with the anti-corruption agencies of the Philippines and Thailand.
(21) The People's Bank of China and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed a memorandum of understanding on strengthening third-party market investment and financing cooperation.
(22) The Ministry of Commerce of China signed an agreement with the UNDP on a tripartite cooperation project on renewable energy in Ethiopia and Sri Lanka, a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam on the establishment of a working group on unimpeded trade, a memorandum with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic on the establishment of trade promotion agencies, and a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic on the establishment of trade promotion agencies. Signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile on the establishment of a trade remedy cooperation mechanism.
(23) The Ministry of Commerce of China signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations of Myanmar on the formulation of a five-year development plan for economic and trade cooperation between China and Myanmar, and signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam on the cooperation plan for 2019-2023.
(24) The Ministry of Finance of China signed an audit supervision cooperation document with the Financial Services Agency of Japan, the Japanese Certified Public Accountants and Audit Regulatory Commission and the Malaysian Securities Regulatory Commission to strengthen cross-border audit supervision cooperation.
(25) The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission signed memorandums of understanding on regulatory cooperation with the financial regulatory authorities of the Central Bank of Armenia, the National Bank of Serbia, the National Bank of Georgia, the Astana Financial Services Authority of Kazakhstan, the Bank of Mauritius and the Labuan Financial Services Authority of Malaysia.
(26) The Ministry of Science and Technology of China signed cooperation documents in the field of scientific and technological innovation with the Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology of Austria, the Ministry of Culture, Science and Technology of Japan, the Ministry of Energy of Mexico, the International Cooperation Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs of Greece, and the Ministry of Commerce, Innovation and Employment of New Zealand. Cooperation documents on the establishment of joint research centres and laboratories were signed with the Science and Technology Agency of Uzbekistan, the Education Ministry of Culture of Uruguay, the Ministry of Science and Technology of South Africa, the Ministry of Science and Technology of Israel, the Council of Science and Technology of Malta and the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia.
(27) The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China signed cooperation documents in the field of industry and information and communication with the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Hungary, the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communication of Brazil, the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Chile, and the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Innovation of Rwanda. The General Administration of Customs of
China signed cooperation documents on customs inspection and quarantine with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the General Administration of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, and signed cooperation documents on the mutual recognition of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) with the Customs Service of Russia, the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan, the State Customs Committee of Belarus and the General Administration of Customs of Mongolia.
(29) The National Energy Administration of China signed cooperation documents in the field of energy with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland and the Ministry of Energy of Bulgaria.
(30) The China National Space Administration and the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs signed a declaration of intent on cooperation in the "the Belt and Road" space information corridor.
(31) The China Development Bank signed an agreement document on credit cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of Angola and the Ministry of Finance of Belarus.
(32) The Export-Import Bank of China and the International Telecommunication Union signed a memorandum of understanding on strengthening cooperation in the digital field under the "the Belt and Road" initiative to promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda 2030.
(33) The Export-Import Bank of China signed a third-party market cooperation agreement under the "the Belt and Road" with Mizuho Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and other interbank institutions.
(34) The Ministry of Water Resources of China, the National Standardization Management Committee and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in promoting international standards for small hydropower.
(35) Action Plan for Signing the Technical Cooperation Agreement between the National Standardization Administration of China and the National Standardization Organization of Saudi Arabia (2019-2021). The China-Russia Civil Aircraft Standards Coordination Working Group jointly signed the Catalogue of Mutual Recognition of Civil Aircraft Standards between China and Russia. China National Certification and Accreditation Regulatory Commission signed a memorandum of agreement with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific and the Italian Agricultural Mechanization Commission.
(36) The State Administration of Radio and Television of China and the Arab Broadcasting Union signed a cooperation framework agreement on jointly building the "the Belt and Road".
(37) The Development Research Center of the State Council of China and 54 international members and partners of the Silk Road International Think Tank Network jointly adopted the Three-year Work Plan on Promoting the Development of the Silk Road International Think Tank Network (2019-2021).
(38) The China Association for the Promotion of International Exchanges of Non-governmental Organizations will launch the "One Family on the Silk Road" campaign. In the next two years, it will promote the establishment of 500 partnerships between social organizations in countries along the Silk Road and carry out 200 livelihood cooperation projects in developing countries along the Silk Road.
(39) The World Federation of Tourist Cities and the West African Tourism Organization signed a cooperation framework agreement.
(40) Update the Maritime Silk Road Index System and issue the 16 + 1 Trade Index (CCTI) and Ningbo Port Index (NPI).
(41) China and Russia have launched a pilot project of "one single system" financial settlement and financing rules for international railway intermodal transport.
(42) China, the UNOSSC and the South-South Cooperation Finance Center jointly established the "Air Silk Road South-South Cooperation Partnership Alliance" and signed a cooperation agreement.
3. Multilateral cooperation platforms
established under the framework of the Summit Forum (1) China and Egypt, Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, Latvia, Slovenia, Belgium, Spain, Fiji, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark, Romania, Singapore and other 13 countries, 33 representatives from government transport and customs agencies, important port enterprises, port authorities and terminal operators jointly established the "Maritime Silk Road" port cooperation mechanism and issued the "Ningbo Initiative for Maritime Silk Port Cooperation".
(2) China signed the Green Investment Principles for the Belt and Road with major financial institutions in the United Kingdom, France, Singapore, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, China and other relevant countries and regions.
(3) The Ministry of Finance of China, together with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the Latin American Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the International Fund for Agricultural Development and the World Bank Group, has established a multilateral development financing cooperation center.
(4) The State Development and Reform Commission of China and the UNDP jointly initiate the "the Belt and Road" innovation and development platform construction project, and authorize the Development Bank to implement it in the name of the "the Belt and Road" innovation and development center under the project.
China and the standard-setting bodies of Russia, Pakistan, Mongolia, the Lao PDR, Nepal, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Viet Nam jointly established an accounting standard-setting cooperation mechanism under the Belt and Road and launched the Initiative on Strengthening Accounting Standard-setting Cooperation among the Belt and Road Countries. The State Administration of Taxation of
China and the State Revenue Commission of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan and other competent tax authorities of relevant countries (regions) convened the first Belt and Road Forum on Tax Administration Cooperation and signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Belt and Road Tax Administration Cooperation Mechanism to establish the Belt and Road tax administration cooperation mechanism.
(7) The Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China and Angola, Armenia, Cambodia, Cuba, Estonia, Ethiopia, Finland, Gambia, Guatemala, Iran, Israel, Italy, Kenya, Laos, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Niger, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, The environmental departments of 25 countries, including Togo and the United Arab Emirates, as well as international organizations such as the United Nations Environment Programme, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, research institutes and enterprises, jointly launched the International Alliance for Green Development of the Belt and Road.
(8) The State Intellectual Property Office of China and the Intellectual Property Office of the Russian Federation, the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan, the Ministry of Science and Technology of Laos, the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, the Patent Office of Poland, the Intellectual Property Office of Hungary, the Intellectual Property Office of Malaysia, The Intellectual Property Department of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand and other intellectual property institutions of 49 countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road" jointly issued the Joint Statement on Further Promoting Practical Cooperation on Intellectual Property Rights among the "the Belt and Road" Countries.
China and Algeria, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Bolivia, Equatorial Guinea, Iraq, Kuwait, Laos, Malta, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Pakistan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Venezuela, Gambia, Cape Verde, Congo (Brazzaville), Mongolia, Suriname, Tonga, Twenty-eight countries, including Cambodia, Chad, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan and Hungary, have established a "the Belt and Road" energy partnership.
(10) The National Development and Reform Commission of China (Center for Cities and Small Towns), the United Nations Human Settlements Programme, the World Health Organization, the Asia-Pacific Region of the World Organization of Cities and Local Governments, the European Urban Alliance and the Energy Foundation have jointly established the "the Belt and Road" Alliance for Sustainable Cities.
(11) The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the China Chamber of International Commerce jointly initiated the establishment of the International Organization for the Prevention and Settlement of Commercial Disputes with business associations and legal service agencies from more than 30 countries and regions, including the European Union, Italy, Singapore, Russia, Belgium, Mexico, Malaysia, Poland, Bulgaria and Myanmar.
(12) The China Seismological Bureau, together with 13 countries and international organizations, including Armenia, Mongolia, Russia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, the Asian Seismological Commission and the African Seismological Commission, has established a "the Belt and Road" cooperation mechanism for earthquake disaster reduction.
(13) The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) proposes to implement the "Customs-Railway Operators Partnership Plan to Promote Safe and Rapid Customs Clearance of China-Europe Freight Trains".
(14) The China Development Bank has established a China-Latin America development financial cooperation mechanism.
(15) The National Committee of UNESCO of China, in cooperation with UNESCO, organized the "the Belt and Road" Youth Creativity and Heritage Forum and issued the Changsha Initiative.
(16) The Chinese Academy of Sciences and UNESCO, the Royal Overseas Academy of Sciences of Belgium, the Academy of Sciences of the Bulgaria, the University of Chile, the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, the Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan, the University of Auckland, the Academy of Sciences of Pakistan, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the University of Peradeniya of Sri Lanka, the Science and Technology Development Agency of Thailand, Thirty-seven scientific research institutions and international organizations, such as the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, jointly established the International Union of Scientific Organizations of the Belt and Road.
(17) The National Museum of China and 157 museums or research institutes from 33 countries and regions, including Russia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Azerbaijan and Ethiopia, jointly established the Silk Road International Museum Union and signed the Framework Agreement on Exhibition Cooperation of the Silk Road International Museum Union.
(18) The National Library of China and the libraries of 26 countries and regions, including Mongolia, Singapore, Brunei and Tajikistan, jointly established the Silk Road International Library Alliance and adopted the Chengdu Initiative of the Silk Road International Library Alliance.
(19) The Shanghai International Art Festival of China and 159 art festivals and institutions from 40 countries and regions, including Croatia, Bulgaria, Morocco and Saudi Arabia, jointly established the Silk Road International Art Festival Alliance and issued the Silk Road International Art Festival Alliance Cooperation Plan 2018.
(20) China Foreign Culture Group Co., Ltd. and 106 theatres and cultural institutions from 37 countries and regions, including Russia, the European Union, Japan and the Philippines, jointly established the Silk Road International Theatre Alliance and adopted the Silk Road International Theatre Alliance Common Development Initiative.
(21) The Chinese Art Museum and Russia, Korea, Greece, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Hungary, Turkey, Moldova, Armenia, Twenty-one art galleries and key art institutions from 18 countries, including Poland, jointly established the Silk Road International Art Gallery Alliance.
(22) Relevant Chinese think tanks and Nazarbayev University of Kazakhstan, Indonesia Center for Strategic and International Studies, Bulgaria National Federation of the Belt and Road, African Center for Economic Transition, East Asia Institute of National University of Singapore, Korea Institute of the Belt and Road, Valdai Club of Russia, etc. Think tanks such as the Aish Center of Harvard University in the United States jointly initiated the establishment of the "the Belt and Road" International Think Tank Cooperation Committee.
(23) China has jointly established a "the Belt and Road" with publishers, academic institutions and professional organizations from relevant countries (regions) to build a national publishing cooperative body and a "the Belt and Road" documentary academic community with relevant countries. People's Daily and relevant national media jointly build the "the Belt and Road" news cooperation alliance and select the "Silk Road" award for international communication.
(24) Xinhua News Agency, together with 32 organizations such as Polish News Agency, Italian Claes Group, Russian Interfax News Agency and Azerbaijani News Agency, has jointly established the "the Belt and Road" economic information network.
(25) China and the UNDP have jointly launched the "the Belt and Road" Sustainable Investment Promotion Center project and conducted pilot projects in Ethiopia and other countries.
(26) The Chinese Academy of Sciences launched the "Silk Road Environment Project" to work with scientists from countries along the Silk Road to study the path and plan for the construction of the Green Silk Road.
27. The China-IMF Joint Capacity Building Center jointly established by the People's Bank of China and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) reached a consensus on jointly strengthening the capacity building of the monetary authorities of the "the Belt and Road" countries, and the two sides held the first joint training course at the Joint Vienna Institute of the IMF in mid-April. Under the regular inter-bank cooperation mechanism of the "the Belt and Road", ICBC conducts economic policy training for the national member institutions of the "the Belt and Road". (1) The China Development Bank has signed loan agreements with relevant institutions in Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and other countries for projects in the fields of highways, minerals and electricity.
