On December 19, Shengxin Lithium Energy announced that the company and China Innovation Airlines intend to sign the 2026-2030 Cooperation Framework Agreement on Lithium Salt Products Business Cooperation.
According to the agreement, China Innovation Airlines will purchase 200000 tons of lithium salt products from the company from 2026 to 2030.
At present, the price of lithium carbonate continues to rise, and the futures price has broken through the 100,000 yuan/ton barrier. If estimated at the current price, the amount of the agreement is expected to exceed 20 billion yuan.
With the strong growth of demand since the second half of the year, from upstream cathode materials, electrolytes, copper foils to terminal batteries and energy storage systems , the lithium power industry is setting off a "single lock tide".
On November 5, Jiayuan Science and Technology signed an agreement with Ningde Times, with a total supply of 626000 tons.
On November 7, Tianzhi Material signed a contract with Guoxuan Gaoke to purchase about 870000 tons of electrolyte products in three years.
On November 7, Tianci Materials and Zhongchuang Xinhang supplied an estimated total of 725,000 tons of electrolyte products to Zhongchuang Xinhang in three years.
On November 12, Haibo Sichuang signed a 10-year strategic cooperation agreement with Ningde Times, in which the purchasing scale in the next three years will not be less than 200 GWh;
On November 24, Longpan Science and Technology and Chuneng New Energy signed Supplementary Agreement II, which increased sales from 150000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials to 1.3 million tons.
On December 1, Baijiada, a subsidiary of Nord, signed a copper foil supply agreement with China Innovation Airlines for 2026-2028. The total supply reached 373,000 tons.
On December 3, Longpan Technology signed the Long-term Purchase Agreement with Sunwoda, a subsidiary of Xinwangda, to sell 106,800 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials.
In December, Haichen Energy Storage signed a contract with Zhongche Zhuzhou to purchase no less than 120 GWh energy storage products.
