All units and projects shall focus on high-risk operation links such as deep foundation pit, lifting and hoisting, high-altitude operation and edge portal protection, prepare construction schemes with strong pertinence and operability, and strengthen implementation; control the source, make detailed construction schemes and safety technology double disclosure, and strengthen the inspection and acceptance of equipment and facilities entering the site and on-site operation environment; We will further standardize safety training, safety meetings, hidden danger investigation, special inspection, safety input, emergency drills and disposal, and plug loopholes in safety management.
Sixth, we should speed up the construction of HSE informatization and improve the safety management level of the company. The safety management department should speed up the construction process of HSE information platform, strive to go online before the end of the year, realize the online business of hidden danger investigation and training management, and continuously improve the company's safety management level.
