The average comprehensive power consumption per ton of cement decreased by 1.04%. On-line "unattended" weighbridge can shorten the weighing time, improve the efficiency of cement and raw materials entering and leaving the factory, and optimize personnel indicators. The safety intelligent system is put on line to realize the system upgrade from "civil air defense" to "technical defense", and the whole process of automatic alarm, electronic operation ticket, listing and locking, and related party management is controlled, so as to improve the disposal efficiency. A series of measures helped the company win the title of "high-tech enterprise" in the autonomous region and "green factory" at the national level.
03 Low-carbon transformation, drawing a new picture

With the implementation of the SCR ultra-low emission project in 2025, the emission of nitrogen oxides was reduced to 0.21 kg/ton, 0.59 kg/ton lower than same period last year, and the emission level was 50% lower than national standard. Before the implementation of the project, the environmental protection tax per ton of clinker was 1.16 yuan/ton, which was reduced to 0.35 yuan/ton after investment. It is estimated that the environmental protection tax will be reduced by 570,000 yuan in the whole year, and the emission reduction effect is remarkable. In addition, the installation of solar energy + air energy hot water system on the roof of the company's staff dormitory can save 133,300 yuan per year compared with the boiler gas, and the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment has been significantly improved.
