of newly-built Lu'an-Anqing Railway and related works of "Four Electricity": from Lu'an Station (inclusive) of Shanghai-Chengdu Railway to Anqing West Station (inclusive) of Hejiu high-speed rail, including related works introduced into Lu'an and Anqing areas.
(I) Main line. Mileage range of new main line (according to left line): DK0 + 000 ~ DK166 + 928.12. Among them, the double-track parallel section is 162.244 km (DK3 + 600 ~ DK163 + 500); the single-track bypass section of the right line in Lu'an area is 4.359 km, the single-track bypass section of the left line in Lu'an area is 3.6 km; the single-track bypass section of the right line in Anqing area is 3.452 km, and the single-track bypass section of the left line in Anqing area is 3.428 km.
(II) Upstream and downstream lines of Lu'an connecting line reconstruction are 0.756 km and 0.961 km respectively.

Bidding scope: the construction of all pre-station, four electricity and related works within the design scope of the construction drawing of the new Lu'an-Anqing Railway. Division of
bid sections: This tender is divided into 6 bid sections, and the bid section numbers are LQZQ-1, LQZQ-2, LQZQ-3, LQZQ-4, LQQD-1 and LQRD-1.
(1) Section LQZQ-1: length 42.292 km, reconstruction of Lu'an Station and storage yard, reconstruction of Lu'an connecting line section, reconstruction and reconstruction of Lu'an connecting line project, front and platform of Huoshan Station, main line DK0 + 000 ~ DK37 + 906; Laying, welding, locking and grinding of ballasted track bed and track along the whole line (excluding ballastless track bed) (excluding the advance works of DK36 + 625 ~ DK36 + 825 section).
(2) Bid section LQZQ-2: length: 39.482 km, main line DK37 + 906 ~ DK77 + 385.
(3) Lot LQZQ-3: length: 41.137km, main line: DK77 + 385 ~ DK117 + 190 (excluding advance works of DK94 + 550 ~ DK98 + 114 section and synchronous works of Tongyue Expressway).
(4) Bid section LQZQ-4: length: 50.820 km, main line DK117 + 190 ~ terminal point (excluding buried hill and west Anqing synchronous implementation works).
(5) LQQD-1 bid section: installation of cable tray cover plates for power, substation, OCS, building construction, HVAC, water supply and drainage (except for weak current and stations constructed by station building units) within the whole line.
(6) LQRD-1 section: communication, signal, disaster monitoring, housing construction, heating and ventilation, water supply and drainage works within the whole line.
Planned total construction period: 1,827 calendar days; planned commencement date: December 2025; planned completion date: December 2030.
