It marks that Tianshan Stock Company has incorporated gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace into the core of its sustainable development strategy, and demonstrates the company's firm commitment to promoting inclusive development.

"Achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls" is one of the 17 sustainable development goals proposed in the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In this context, the United Nations Global Compact and UN Women jointly launched the WEPs initiative, which aims to promote gender equality through a comprehensive set of frameworks and principles to empower women in the workplace, the marketplace and the community.
