Construction Location: Weining County Shuanghe 93.75 MW Wind Power Project is located in the southeast of Weining County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. Weining County is located in the southwest of Bijie City, Guizhou Province, bordering Xuanwei City and Zhaotong City of Yunnan Province in the south, west and north respectively. The project site is about 50km away from Weining County and about 17km away from the urban center of Liupanshui City. There are G7611, S04 Duxiang Expressway, G356 National Highway and several village-to-village highways around the wind farm area, so the external traffic is relatively convenient. The elevation range of the site area is 2200 ~ 2500 m.
Construction scale: The installed capacity of the project is 93.75 MW, and it is planned to install 15 sets of wind turbine generator units with a single unit capacity of 6.25 MW (the model to be determined is WTG 6.25-220A, and the hub height is 125m). The equivalent full-load hours in the feasibility study year are 1918 hours. 93.75 MW wind farm will be newly built. The 35kV power collection line in the site will be buried/overhead line. The newly built single-circuit overhead line is about 36.5km, and the newly built cable is directly buried for about 5.1km; A new road of 20.31km and a reconstructed road of 4.82km will be built in the site. A 110kV booster station will be built, a main transformer with a capacity of 100MVA will be installed, and the 110kV side of the main electrical wiring will be single-bus wiring; The 110kV booster station of Shuanghe Wind Farm is connected to the Daying 220kV collection booster station with one 110kV outgoing line, and the final outgoing line of Daying 220kV collection station is connected to the 220kV side of the 500kV booster station of Dawan Low Calorific Value Coal Power Plant, which is connected to the grid after being boosted to 500kV through the interconnection transformer of Dawan Low Calorific Value Coal Power Plant (subject to the approval of the access system). The energy storage of the project is shared and leased.
Planned construction period: the total construction period of the Project is 14 months; the planned commencement date is July 30, 2025; the specific commencement date is subject to the notice of commencement issued by the Tenderee or the Supervisor, and the total construction period remains unchanged. The first unit is planned to be connected to the grid on June 15, 2026. Planned completion date: October 31, 2026.

Construction location: Weining County Banqiao 100MW Wind Power Project is located in the area of Houchang Town, Weining County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. Weining County is located in the southwest of Bijie City, Guizhou Province, bordering Xuanwei City and Zhaotong City of Yunnan Province in the south, west and north respectively. The project site is about 44 km away from Weining County and about 24 km away from the urban center of Liupanshui City. The north-south direction of the east side is S61 Helu Expressway, and the south side is close to S212 and G7611 Duxiang Expressway, so the external transportation is convenient. The elevation range of the site area is 2100 ~ 2600 m.
Construction scale: the installed capacity of the project is 100MW, and it is planned to install 16 sets of wind turbine generator units with a single unit capacity of 6.25 MW (the model to be determined is WTG6.25-220 A, and the hub height is 125m), and the equivalent full-load hours in the feasibility study year are 1778h. The buried/overhead line is adopted for the 35kV power collection line in the site. The newly built single-circuit overhead line is about 38.4km long, and the newly built cable is about 21km long. The reconstructed road in the site is about 6.37km long, and the newly built road is about 16.84km long. The road transportation mileage of off-site heavy cargo transportation is about 36 kilometers. A new Daying 220kV collection booster station is built, two 220kV main transformers are installed, 1 × 300 + 1 × 300 MVA, and the final outgoing line of Daying 220kV booster station is connected to the 500kV booster station of Dawan Low Calorific Value Coal Power Plant. It is connected to the power grid after being boosted to 500 kV through the interconnection transformer of Dawan Low Calorific Value Coal Power Plant, and the length of the new line is about 14 km (subject to the approval of the access system).
