On August 26, CGN New Energy Suzhou Co., Ltd. announced that CGN Huangshan High-tech Zone 51 MW102MWh Project" is located in Xintan Town, Tunxi District, Huangshan, Anhui Province. South side of Baichuan Road and east side of Danxia Road. The project plans to build a centralized electrochemical energy storage power station with a total capacity of 104 MW/208 MWh and a capacity of 51 MW/102 MWh in this phase. 21 sets of new energy storage battery units and 11 sets of PCS booster units, including 7 sets of 5.03 MW/10.06 MWh energy storage units and 3 sets of 4.61 MW/9.22 MWh energy storage units. I. Bidding Conditions

The EPC General Contracting Project of the 51 MW102MWh Energy Storage Power Station Project in the High-tech Zone of Huangshan City of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation (Bidding Project No.: CGN-202508120014) has been put on record. The project fund is self-raised by the enterprise, and the tenderer is CGN New Energy Suzhou Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding.

Project Overview, Bidding Scope and Planned Construction Period

Project Scale: The 51MW/102MWh Energy Storage Power Station Project of CGN Huangshan High-tech Zone is located in Xintan Town, Tunxi District, Huangshan, Anhui Province, south of Baichuan Road and east of Danxia Road. The project plans to build a centralized electrochemical energy storage power station with a total capacity of 104 MW/208 MWh and a capacity of 51 MW/102 MWh in this phase. 21 sets of energy storage battery units and 11 sets of PCS booster units will be newly built, including 7 sets of 5.03 MW/10.06 MWh energy storage units, 3 sets of 4.61 MW/9.22 MWh energy storage units and 1 set of 2.095 MW/4.

The project is planned to start construction in September 2025 and be completed and put into operation by the end of December. The project site is about 5.4 kilometers away from the center of Xintan Town in a straight line, and about 3 kilometers away from Huangshan North Station. There are municipal roads nearby, so the traffic is very convenient.

Bidding content and scope: EPC general contracting of this project includes but not limited to:

(1) survey and design of this project, preparation of technical documents, design of construction drawings, preparation of as-built drawings, on-site service and technical guidance;

(2) Procurement and transportation of all equipment (except all other equipment purchased by the Tenderee); unloading, storage, distribution and secondary transportation (if necessary) of all equipment and materials (including equipment supplied by Party A); The preparation and construction of all works, the unified management and coordination of the on-site service personnel and related work of all system manufacturers, the provision of necessary assistance to the on-site service of manufacturers, the installation and commissioning of equipment and special tests, all acceptance work such as power quality supervision, the handover and procurement and construction work within the warranty period, and other necessary materials and data.

(3) Realize the safe and stable trial operation of full capacity grid connection of the whole station (handling of various license formalities for grid connection and acceptance), defect elimination, calculation of fixed value of station management equipment, performance test, special test, fire control acceptance, examination and acceptance of performance guarantee of the whole system, technology and after-sales service, and complete all the work involved in the completion acceptance and bear the corresponding expenses. At the same time, it also includes the provision of spare parts, special tools, consumables and relevant technical data necessary for production preparation. Young crop compensation for ground attachments on access roads, compensation for temporary construction land occupation and external civil coordination are included in this work. The bidder shall be fully responsible for the work within the above scope. This project is a turnkey project.

(4) The Contractor shall be responsible for the site selection of all temporary facilities during the construction period. The general contractor shall be responsible for the procurement, supply, transportation, unloading, acceptance, function test, on-site storage and distribution (including Party A's supply) of all equipment and materials (except all other equipment purchased by the Tenderee) required for the construction of the Project. Considering the limited conditions of the construction site, the general contractor shall set up an equipment and material storage yard outside the site, and the size of the storage yard shall meet the stacking requirements of all equipment and materials for continuous construction turnover. The off-site storage yard shall be as flat as possible with smooth drainage to avoid the risk of equipment flooding and meet the foundation requirements of secondary transfer operation. The general contractor shall be responsible for the secondary transportation of all equipment in the storage yard, so the off-site storage yard shall not be too far away from the construction site, preferably within 1 km. The general contractor shall be responsible for the rental cost of the storage yard, the equipment care and the legal compliance procedures in the whole process (if necessary). Including temporary land occupation for material stacking and processing site and concrete mixing station (if self-built), and handle all formalities required for temporary construction at its own risk; the Contractor shall not use this as a reason to affect the overall construction progress. The Contractor must assign full-time coordination personnel to communicate and coordinate with relevant governments and departments, handle relevant formalities and cost compensation, and deal with the obstruction problems encountered in the construction process. The above costs are included in the project quotation.

(5) The procurement, installation, commissioning and special test of all equipment except those supplied by Party A involved in this project shall meet the requirements of local grid connection, and the main equipment shall meet the technical requirements of new energy equipment of CGN. The Bidder shall be responsible for all the electricity charges generated during the commissioning and test of energy storage charging and discharging.

(6) Clearance of weeds and sundries in the booster station area before construction, construction of access roads, and connection of roads in the energy storage area with the original roads. The compensation for temporary land occupation involved in the project, including the temporary land occupation in the site, storage yard and line, is included in the total contract price and will not be listed separately. The bidder shall be fully responsible for the work within the above scope, and all relevant formalities and coordination shall be handled by the bidder.

(7) The Tenderer shall be responsible for civil coordination, electric power quality supervision, coordination related to power grid, handling of formalities and other work of the main body project, including but not limited to temporary land occupation and young crop compensation, quality supervision meeting, power grid review and other related costs, which have been included in the total contract price. The specific bidding scope is detailed in the bidding documents.

Planned construction period:

the Project is planned to be commenced on September 30, 2025, connected to the grid for power generation on December 20, 2025, and connected to the grid for power generation with full capacity on December 31, 2025. The above is the planned commencement date, and the specific commencement date shall be subject to the written commencement notice issued by the Supervisor. However, the final grid-connected node of the Project shall remain unchanged. The Contractor shall be responsible for the grid-connected power generation on December 20, 2025 and the full-capacity grid-connected power generation on December 31, 2025. 3. Qualification requirements

The performance certification materials provided by the Tenderer must be the copies of the key pages of the contract (contract cover, signature page, contract scope page) and the relevant certification documents that can prove the performance of the contract by the Tenderer (quality return visit record, completion/completion certificate or other certification documents issued by the Owner). 5.6

Note: The bidder shall carefully arrange the personnel who meet the requirements in the tender announcement to serve as the project manager, and confirm that the corresponding personnel are not on duty (referring to those who are not on duty in other projects at present, or those who are on duty in other projects but can withdraw from the project after winning the bid). Except for the circumstances agreed in the contract terms, the project manager filled in by the bidder in the bidding documents is not allowed to be replaced in principle. If the corresponding candidate is found to be unqualified or unable to take the post as required before the contract is signed, the tenderee will cancel the qualification of the candidate/bid winner, confiscate the bid bond and claim compensation for the possible damage.

(3) Safety director: certified safety engineer qualification certificate.

(4) Safety officer: with Certificate C of Safety Production Assessment for construction and installation within the period of validity.

7.Consortium registration instructions: Two or more ordinary members may form a consortium to participate in the bidding, and the leading party shall log in ECP in the name of the consortium to submit the application for consortium member registration, and become a consortium member after being approved by the supplier service hall of the e-commerce platform of CGN.

(2) The bidder must pass the certification of ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45000 series or equivalent quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system.
